Dr. Alexander Landfield Joins Clark Regional Medical Center

Clark Regional Medical Center today announced that Alexander Landfield, MD, has joined its staff and will be offering neurology services to patients throughout Clark County. Dr. Landfield brings more than 20 years of clinical experience to Clark Regional Medical Center.
“Dr. Landfield has years of experience in treating a range of neurological conditions, and he is an excellent addition to our hospital team,” said William Haugh, interim CEO of Clark Regional Medical Center. “He is one of only seven neurologists board-certified by the UCNS in headache medicine in Kentucky and one of only three in central Kentucky. By hiring Dr. Landfield, Clark Regional Medical Center continues to meet our region’s evolving healthcare needs and make our community healthier.”
Dr. Landfield joins Clark Regional Medical Center from Kentucky Neurology and Rehab, where he was medical director for five years. Before Kentucky Neurology and Rehab, he was a staff neurologist at Baptist Neurology Consultants, Baptist Health Medical Group in Lexington and medical director of the Stroke Program at Hendrick Medical Center in Texas.
Dr. Landfield graduated from University of Kentucky College of Medicine in 2006. He completed his residency at Oregon Health and Science in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Landfield is a member of the Lexington Medical Society and the American Academy of Neurology.
He is a Kentucky native and grew up in Central Kentucky.
