Madison Osborne is selected for 2023 Mercy Award at Clark Regional Medical Center

WINCHESTER, KY. (May 17, 2023) – Clark Regional Medical Center (CRMC) part of Lifepoint Health’s Central Kentucky market, is happy to announce that recruitment supervisor Madison Osborne has been named the 2023 Mercy Award winner. Osborne was selected for her positive outlook on life, her philanthropic ventures, and her dedication to her role as a recruiter.

Madison Osborne has been employed at Clark Regional Medical Center since 2020 and serves not only as the recruitment supervisor at CRMC, but also its sister facilities (Bluegrass Community Hospital in Versailles, Bourbon Community Hospital in Paris, Georgetown Community Hospital in Georgetown). During her tenure, Madison has excelled in combating high turnover rates in healthcare and filling critical staffing vacancies. She is great at creating relationships both with her fellow coworkers and new hires.

Osborne has spearheaded the partnership between Clark Regional and the Toy’s Chest Children’s Charity to provide 100 kids Christmas gifts in Clark, Estill, Powell and Owsley counties. She also volunteers with Sigma Kappa sorority and with many programs at her church.

The Lifepoint Mercy Award program memorializes the legacy of the late Scott Mercy, Lifepoint’s founding chairman and CEO. Each hospital annually selects one local Mercy Award winner who consistently strives to embrace Scott’s caring philosophies and reach the high standards he set for Lifepoint. The Mercy Award is the highest honor a Lifepoint Health employee can receive.
